Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with 333bde

1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") and 333bde (hereinafter "333bde", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://333bde.app and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing or using any part of the 333bde platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or participating in any game — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unequivocally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

333bde reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of 333bde following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 333bde to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 333bde platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they hold an active account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 333bde enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 18 years. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited on this platform under all circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order — whether imposed by yourself through 333bde's responsible gaming tools or by any other authority — that would prohibit you from accessing gambling services.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you, and you are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and are not acting as an agent or nominee for any other individual or entity.

333bde employs age verification checks during the registration process and at the point of KYC verification. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age (such as a national ID card or passport issued by the Government of Bangladesh) at any time. Accounts will be temporarily suspended pending satisfactory completion of age verification where there is reasonable doubt as to a player's age.

3 Account Registration

To access any real-money gaming service on 333bde, you must first register an account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date, and you undertake to promptly update your account details should any of this information change.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on 333bde. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. 333bde uses automated and manual verification processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are detected, 333bde reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals held therein.

During registration and as part of our ongoing KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations, you may be required to provide the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, government-issued photographic ID such as a National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, a valid passport, or a driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or other official document confirming your current residential address, issued within the preceding three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name (for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality or the suspension of your account. 333bde will hold funds in suspended accounts for a period of no less than 90 days before taking any further action, during which time you retain the right to complete verification and reclaim your balance.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 333bde — both deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 333bde does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not offer currency conversion services.

Deposits. Deposits to your 333bde account can be made using any of the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Deposits are credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation, depending on the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of the platform at the time of each transaction.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification in full before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where 333bde has granted an exception at its sole discretion.
• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within approximately 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days, depending on the receiving institution.
• Any active bonus funds must have their associated wagering requirements fully met before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings will be approved.
• 333bde reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.

Players are prohibited from depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity. 333bde reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or withhold any transaction it reasonably suspects to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity. Any such case may be reported to the relevant financial intelligence or law enforcement authorities without prior notice to the player.

5 Bonus Policy

333bde offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall take precedence.

Welcome Bonus. New players who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the 333bde 200% welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. To receive the welcome bonus, the deposit must meet the minimum qualifying deposit amount stated in the welcome offer at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only and cannot be claimed more than once per household, device, or IP address.

Wagering Requirements. All bonuses awarded by 333bde — including the welcome bonus and any subsequent promotional bonuses — are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in each offer) must be wagered before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant offer terms. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — live casino games, for example, may contribute at a lower percentage than slot games. Full contribution rates are listed in each offer's terms.

• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant offer (typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issue).
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time, unless 333bde has explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• 333bde reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, it will not be revoked except in cases of breach of these Terms or suspected abuse.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploitation of software errors, use of irregular betting patterns to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinated play with other accounts — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6 User Obligations

By using the 333bde platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to observe the following obligations at all times:

• You will provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the platform, and you will keep your account details up to date.
• You will use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. Commercial use, systematic exploitation of the platform for profit through methods not sanctioned by 333bde, and use in connection with any business venture are prohibited.
• You will maintain the security of your account credentials and will not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person.
• You will not use any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to access, interact with, or extract data from the 333bde platform without prior written consent from 333bde.
• You will promptly notify 333bde of any suspected unauthorised access to your account or any suspected security vulnerability on the platform at [email protected].
• You will engage with the platform's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — if you believe that your gambling behaviour is or may be becoming problematic.
• You will treat all 333bde staff, customer support agents, and other players with respect. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communications directed at any member of the 333bde team or community are strictly prohibited.

333bde reserves the right to monitor player activity on the platform for compliance with these obligations and to take appropriate enforcement action, up to and including permanent account closure, where breaches are identified.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 333bde platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 333bde, including misrepresentation of identity, age, or payment method ownership.
• Money Laundering: Using the 333bde platform as a vehicle for laundering proceeds of criminal activity or for any other purpose connected with financial crime.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing cards or hand information in live dealer games, placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, or exploiting multi-account betting strategies.
• Chargeback Abuse: Filing fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes with payment providers after funds have been deposited and used for gaming activity on 333bde.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities on the platform, including taking advantage of incorrectly displayed odds or malfunctioning games to place bets that would not otherwise be available.
• Unauthorised Automation: Using bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the platform, whether to place bets, simulate clicks, scrape data, or bypass security measures.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any content on the 333bde platform — including game assets, promotional materials, brand marks, and platform code — without express written authorisation from 333bde.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

333bde reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct described in Section 7.
• Accounts identified as belonging to underage players.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction or closure.
• Extended account inactivity (defined as no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months). 333bde will make reasonable efforts to contact the player at the registered email address before treating an account as dormant.

Voluntary Account Closure. Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting 333bde customer support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons should use the dedicated self-exclusion tools available in the account settings, or refer to the Responsible Gaming page for guidance.

Dormant Account Policy. Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 333bde reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published in the platform's cashier section. Players will be notified via registered email before any dormancy fee is applied. Reactivating a dormant account is possible by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

9 Liability & Disclaimer

The 333bde platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is operational, secure, and free from errors, 333bde makes no warranty — express or implied — as to the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its constituent services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333bde expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to safeguard your credentials.
• Any service interruption, downtime, data loss, or failure of the platform caused by circumstances beyond 333bde's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, acts of God, government actions, or cyberattacks.
• Any financial losses arising from your gaming activity on the platform. Gambling involves risk; you are solely responsible for all betting decisions you make on 333bde.
• The content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party game providers whose products are accessible through the 333bde platform. Each game provider operates under its own terms and certifications.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, even if 333bde has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 333bde's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By using the 333bde platform, you submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts competent to hear disputes arising from your use of the service.

Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 333bde platform, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6), and most disputes can be resolved promptly through direct communication.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of your initial complaint, either party may pursue the matter through formal legal channels. 333bde will cooperate fully with any legitimate legal process and will provide relevant documentation as required by a court of competent jurisdiction.

Game Outcome Disputes. All game outcomes on 333bde are determined by certified RNG systems operated by independent game providers. 333bde does not have the ability to retroactively alter game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, 333bde's decision — made in good faith and in consultation with the relevant game provider — shall be final. 333bde reserves the right to void bets placed during a verified technical malfunction and to return the original stake to the player's account.

Language of Disputes. All communications, notices, and legal proceedings relating to disputes with 333bde shall be conducted in English.
